Jason Manarchuck | Growth Architect & CEO

As founder and CEO of High Profile Enterprises, Inc. (HPE), Jason Manarchuck is an entrepreneur in the truest sense of the word. With a degree in Marketing from Northwood University, Jason has over 20 years of professional Sales, Marketing, and Business Development experience. Jason began his entrepreneurial journey by working in a marketing firm leading marketing and advertising programs in the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania markets. In 2005, Jason co-founded an enterprise improvement consultancy where he was able to drive business development momentum from launch to $3 Million in just 7 years. In January of 2013, Jason decided to take on a new challenge, and he left the firm to found High Profile Enterprises. His vision for HPE was to create a company that focused on creating momentum from teamwork, improving market share for clients, grow a sales team and selling system, developing the fundamentals of business growth, and providing marketing leadership that supports the business direction.

Bruce Charles | Executive In Residence

As Executive in Residence, Bruce consults clients on financial problems as well as overseeing the financial side of HPE. Bruce worked for 16 years at Johnson & Johnson in a variety of positions with increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as President of Johnson & Johnson Finance Corporation (JJFC) for another 12 years. During his tenure, JJFC would go on to be the highest-ranking company in regards to profits per employee within Johnson & Johnson, be ranked as having the most satisfied workforce, and boast a portfolio that exceeded $500 million. Since JJFC, Bruce has worked in a variety of roles for multiple, diverse companies. Bruce received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Clarion University and his Master’s of Accountancy from Bowling Green State University.

Marcus is a consultant for HPE with a focus on organizational development, infrastructure, and strategies. With his experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, Marcus brings a unique perspective in order to provide solutions for funding and generating new sources of revenue for businesses. In 2010 he launched MHStern Consulting, which specializes in providing organizational development with a focus in strategic planning and leadership coaching to executives.

Utilizing his 20+ years of experience, Dan uses design in order to visually communicate to customers what spreadsheets and blueprints cannot. His accomplishments include multiple national and local awards, including top honors with the PROMAX/Broadcast Design Awards, as well as Best in Show 2006 and Best in Print 2005 at the Knoxville Advertising Federation Awards (ADDY’s). In his role at HPE, Dan develops branding that matches the consultancy for the company’s clientele, including: logo design, web design, and sales and collateral marketing initiatives. Before joining HPE, Dan worked at Scripps Networks as Off-Air Art Director, Off-Air Design Director, and was a part of the launch of HGTV. His experience also includes design positions with Whittle Communications and Tennessee Valley Authority. Dan received his BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee.
